Any US carrier works: T-Mobile, Verizon, Mint, Visible all start around $15-30/month with no contract. Mint Mobile's $15/mo eSIM activates in 5 minutes from your phone — easiest path. You can use your personal cell to start, but registering it with WhatsApp Business API will permanently disable personal WhatsApp on that number.
